By accessing our website or using our laundromat facilities, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure a smooth, safe and consistent experience for all customers.

Bubble Society provides modern, self-service laundry facilities at our Chermside and Carseldine locations. Use of our machines and facilities is at your own risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.

We have designed Bubble Society to be simple and effortless to use.

To keep things running smoothly, we ask that all customers:

• Follow machine instructions and on-site signage.

• Select appropriate machine sizes and wash cycles.

• Treat the space and other customers with respect.

Please do not:

• Overload machines.

• Wash items that may damage equipment (including oil, grease or hazardous materials).

• Interfere with another customer's laundry.

Bubble Society reserves the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave where behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Our washers and dryers are modern, high-capacity and self-cleaning, and are regularly maintained.

However, selecting the correct machine size, cycle and load remains the customer's responsibility.

• Damage to garments or items, including shrinkage, colour transfer or fabric wear

• Items lost, stolen or left unattended

• Interruptions to machine operation

All laundry is washed and dried at the customer's own risk.

• All payments are final.

• Refunds are not provided for user error, including incorrect machine selection, cycle choice or loading.
